SpamExtract accepts payment from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. At this time, these are the only forms of payment SpamExtract accepts. Once you hit the order button, your sale will be final. You may use this software daily, weekly, monthly, or at any time you choose.

SpamExtract provides email support for users who purchase the software at support@SpamExtract.com. SpamExtract does not provide telephone support.

Governing Law and Interpretation

This Agreement shall be interpreted under, governed under, and construed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to its rules governing the conflict of laws. Venue for any legal action shall be proper in the courts of Barbados and you and SpamExtract each expressly consent to venue and jurisdiction therein.

SpamExtract reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, privacy policy, and these Conditions of Use at any time.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AFFIRM AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT. THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN REPRESENT AN AGREED UPON ALLOCATION OF RISK WHICH IS REFLECTED IN THE FACT THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING SOFTWARE AND ASSUMING THE OTHER OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER.
