Now you can train your SpamExtract to know what e-mail you want, and to block e-mail you consider spam.

Train SpamExtract with one click!
1. On your SpamExtract toolbar, you have two buttons, Spam and Not Spam.
2. When you get mail that you don't want and you consider spam, click on that piece of mail which will highlight.
3. Click the Spam button on the toolbar. It's that easy!
The more you train SpamExtract in the first few days the more it will learn from you! So start training, and stop spam in your mailbox!
Quick Tips
SpamExtract works automatically when you open your Outlook/Outlook Express program.
By default, SpamExtract scans your emails and put spam into the SpamExtracted folder. You can configure your settings to scan the Inbox manually by following these steps:
1. On the SpamExtract toolbar; select "SpamExtract" > "Options" to open the SpamExtract options window.
2. Uncheck "Scan new email as it arrives" option and click "OK".
3. Select Clean Folder/Mail in the SpamExtract dropdown menu to scan and delete your spam.
How to clean up the SpamExtracted folder?
1. Open the SpamExtracted folder;
2. Click the Empty Spam Folder button to delete its content.
How can I rescue a good email when I accidentally "Spam" it?
1. Open the SpamExtracted folder and select the email which you consider good;
2. Click the Not Spam button to move it into the Inbox folder;
3. That email address will be moved into your Friends list.
